- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 3/4 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3.5 oz dried pineapple, chopped
- 3.5 oz dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, toasted
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 None egg, lightly beaten
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 7x11 inch rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.

2Sift together flour and baking powder. Add remaining dry ingredients. Gently heat butter, honey and 2 tbsp water in a saucepan over low heat until melted. Mix into dry ingredients. Add egg. Transfer to prepared pan and bake for 35-40 mins, until golden brown. Let cool in pan then cut into squares and serve.
