Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 3 c. oats
  • 1 c. peanuts
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 325°.

    Line a 15 x 10-inch pan with aluminum foil; grease foil.

    In large bowl, mix all ingredients well. Press evenly into pan.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.

    Cool slightly; remove from pan and remove foil.

    Cut into bars.

    Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.

    (May substitute items for chocolate chips, coconut, etc.)

    Makes 48 bars.
