- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3 Tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 cup raw filberts/hazelnuts
- 1 cup raw pecan pieces
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup raw almond slices
- 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup walnut oil
- 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, leaving out the cashews. Bake on large cookie sheet at 350 degrees 10-15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Stir in cashews after removing from the oven. Let cool, break apart. Store in airtight container. Add dry fruit if desired after baking.
