- 1 lb. pinto beans
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. caraway seed
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 head lettuce
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, diced
- 2 large pkg. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
- 1 bottle taco sauce
- 1 large bag corn chips
- 2 pickled jalapeno peppers
Directions

1Use large pot or boiler, place Boston butt, pintos, salt, caraway seed, chili powder and jalapeno peppers, covered with water and cook on low to medium heat for 3 to 4 hours or until meat shreds in mixture.

2Break up lettuce.

3Dip cooked mixture on plate; add 1 serving lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cheese and taco sauce on top; serve with chips.
