  • 6 c. old-fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 c. cut almonds
  • 1 c. unrefined sesame seeds
  • 1 c. shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. soy flour
  • 1 c. powdered milk (non-instant)
  • 1 c. wheat germ
  • 1 c. cashews
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Combine the dry ingredients.

    In a separate bowl, mix the honey and oil.

    Combine dry and moist ingredients.

    Divide and spread on 2 cookie sheets.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour or until brown.
