- 1 c. cut almonds
- 1 c. unrefined sesame seeds
- 1 c. shelled sunflower seeds
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. soy flour
- 1 c. powdered milk (non-instant)
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. cashews
- 3/4 c. honey
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Combine the dry ingredients.

2In a separate bowl, mix the honey and oil.

3Combine dry and moist ingredients.

4Divide and spread on 2 cookie sheets.

5Bake at 300° for 1 hour or until brown.

6Makes 4 to 5 quarts.
