- 2 c. water (110~)
- 2 Tbsp. yeast
- 4 c. wheat flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. dry milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. applesauce
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Dissolve and set aside the water and yeast.

2Mix with dough hook the wheat flour, sugar, milk and salt.

3Add applesauce and yeast water from above.

4Mix in 2 cups flour.

5Cover with plastic wrap; place in warm oven 15 to 30 minutes.

6Knead 5 to 10 minutes. Form into loaves.

7Place in lightly greased pans, covered with plastic wrap.

8Let rise in warm oven 15 to 20 minutes, not above the top of the pan.

9Turn on oven to 325°; bake 25 to 30 minutes for small pans.
