- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water in large mixing bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3Cover and let stand 8 hours or overnight on kitchen counter.

4Turn out onto floured board and knead lightly.

5Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.

6Cut into rolls.

7Place rolls on greased cookie sheet and let rise 4 to 6 hours.

8Bake at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes.
