- 3 c. assorted, thinly sliced vegetables
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. green grapes, halved and seeded
- salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. butter
Directions

1Place vegetables and water in microwave-safe dish.

2Cover with plastic wrap.

3Cook on High for 4 minutes.

4Stir once after 2 minutes.

5Add grapes, salt and pepper to taste.

6Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.

7Toss with butter.

8Use carrots, zucchini, peppers, green beans, broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower.
