  • 3 c. assorted, thinly sliced vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. green grapes, halved and seeded
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. butter

    Place vegetables and water in microwave-safe dish.

    Cover with plastic wrap.

    Cook on High for 4 minutes.

    Stir once after 2 minutes.

    Add grapes, salt and pepper to taste.

    Microwave on High 1 1/2 minutes.

    Toss with butter.
