Yummy Chicken

Directions

   In large pot, melt butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

   Add chicken, basting on all sides with butter mixture.

   Cover with lid and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

   Take out and add mushrooms.

   Bake until mushrooms are cooked (about 15 minutes).

   Put onion rings over top and then grated cheese.

   Bake, uncovered, until the cheese melts.
