- 4 c. grape pulp
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 custard pie shells
Directions

1Wash grapes.

2Pop with fingers, separating pulp and skin into two bowls.

3Place skins in pot.

4Cover with water; boil until tender.

5Boil pulp about 5 minutes.

6Pour in strainer; mash with spoon to get seeds out when skin is tender.

7Add pulp, cornstarch, salt, cinnamon, sugar and butter.

8Cook until thick.

9Pour in number 2 pie shells.

10Cover with top crust.

11Bake at 400° until crust is brown.

12Makes 2 pies.
