Ingredients

  • 4 kg Whole Grapes, including seeds and skins
  • 4 kg Sugar with pectin
  • 2 pieces Lemons
  • 80 grams Pectin Powder

    Pick, wash and de-stalk grapes

    Blend batches of grapes in nutri-bullet - adding pecting as you go

    Combine all ingredients into jam pan and put on large burner full heat
  4. 4
    Stir continuously until boiling
  5. 5
    Once boiling, reduce big burner to minumum setting and stir continuously
  6. 6
    Steadily boil for 25 minutes
  7. 7
    Test on frozen saucer for crinkling
  8. 8
    Add pectin if needed, note: dissolve in cold water first before adding. 10g at a time.
