- 4 kg Whole Grapes, including seeds and skins
- 4 kg Sugar with pectin
- 2 pieces Lemons
- 80 grams Pectin Powder
Directions

1Pick, wash and de-stalk grapes

2Blend batches of grapes in nutri-bullet - adding pecting as you go

3Combine all ingredients into jam pan and put on large burner full heat

4Stir continuously until boiling

5Once boiling, reduce big burner to minumum setting and stir continuously

6Steadily boil for 25 minutes

7Test on frozen saucer for crinkling

8Add pectin if needed, note: dissolve in cold water first before adding. 10g at a time.
