Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
  • 1/4 c. shortening (for frying)

Directions

    Mix hamburg, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.

    Roll into meatballs.

    Fry in shortening until done.

    In crock-pot mix chili and grape jelly. Mix well, then add cooked meatballs.
