  • 1 gal. whole milk
  • 1 1/2 doz. eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. Grape-Nuts
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Scald the milk.

    Add margarine.

    To beaten eggs, add sugar, salt, vanilla and Grape-Nuts; combine with milk.

    Pour into large oval-size aluminum pan.

    Bake in pan of water at 375° for 1 hour. Makes 35 to 40 servings.
