- 4 to 5 c. grapes

1Squeeze grape pulp out of skins.

2Keep skins separate.

3Cook pulp until seeds start to come to top (about 10 minutes).

4Strain in colander.

5Discard seeds.

6Cook pulp and skins together to add color.

7Add sugar to taste.

8Thicken mixture and pour into unbaked pie shell.

9Sprinkle a little flour and sugar over grapes.

10Put on top crust and bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until brown.
