- 4 medium size pink grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
- 3 pkg. Knox gelatine (unflavored)
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. grapefruit juice
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1First peel and section grapefruit; sprinkle 9 tablespoons cold water over 3 packages Knox unflavored gelatine.

2Dissolve sugar in 1 cup boiling water.

3Mix with gelatine.

4Add 3 cups sectioned grapefruit and 1 cup grapefruit juice.

5Put 1/2 in a 9-inch square dish.

6Congeal.

7Leave other half at room temperature.
