  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 3/8 tablespoons milk
  • 6 3/4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 5/8 cups self-rising flour

    Peel half the grapefruit, cut in four pieces, and blend in the blender together with the sugar.

    Then add the eggs, milk, oil, and blend some more.
