Grapefruit - Orange Ice

   Peel and section Orange, In Blender Cobmine Orange , sugar and Grapefuit Sections.

   2 Blend at medium Spean to form Puree, Pour into ice-cube tray and freeze 2 hiours stirring about 3 times to make smooth mixture.

   To Serve.

   Lest stand at room temp for 5 mins to soften slghtly, Spoon into 6 Parfait Glasses.
