  • 4 grapefruit sections, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. almond extract
  • 1 graham pie shell
  • 1/2 c. pecan nuts, cut up
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 40 large marshmallows, cut up
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

Directions

    Put marshmallows (cut up) in a double boiler and heat until all are melted; then cool.

    Add grapefruit pieces to this mixture, stirring continually.

    Place all in pie shell and put Cool Whip on top, then add nuts.
