Grapefruit Sorbet

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice, strained, chilled
  • 1 tablespoon vermouth

Directions

    Put the water in a saucepan.

    Add the sugar.

    Bring to a boil.

    Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring until the sugar has dissolved.

    Refrigerate until chilled.

    Combine the sugar mixture, grapefruit juice and vermouth in a bowl.
