Grapefruit Wedge Salad

- 2 to 3 ruby red grapefruit
- 1 large can apricots
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 (3 oz.) apricot Jell-O
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Cut

2grapefruit in halves.

3Remove pulp from rind.

4Cut enough segment to make 1 cup.

5Squeeze enough juice for 1 cup. Add grapefruit juice to apricot juice (drained from apricots) which will be 2 cups in all.

6Heat juice and add to Jell-O and sugar. Cool

7slightly.

9grapefruit segments,

10mashed apricots and pecans to mixture.

11Fill rind halves with Jell-O and cool.

12To serve,
