- 1 12 cups finely chopped Oreo cookies
- 12 cup finely chopped chocolate-covered peppermint pattie
- 4 cups cold low-fat milk
- 2 packages of light chocolate instant pudding
- 2 -4 drops green food coloring
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Topping
Directions

1Mix chopped cookies and mint patties in small bowl; set aside.

2Pour milk into medium bowl.

3Add dry pudding mixes.

4Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes.

5Let stand 5 minutes.

6Meanwhile, stir food coloring into whipped topping until well blended.

7Layer half each of the pudding, whipped topping and cookie mixture evenly in 12 parfait glasses or dessert glasses.

8Repeat layers.

9Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

10Store leftover parfaits in refrigerator.
