  • 1 tablespoon green creme de menthe
  • 1 -1 12 cup vanilla ice cream

Directions

    Mix creme de cacao and creme de menthe.

    Alternate layers of ice cream and 1 tablespoon liqueur mixture in each of 2 parfait glasses.

    Place in freezer until serving time.
