  • 1/4 c. creme de menthe
  • 1/4 tsp. green food coloring

    Mix melted butter and cookie crumbs together (use enough butter so crumbs hold together).

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine ice cream, creme de menthe and food coloring.

    Pour over crust and refrigerate.
