- 1 1/2 c. cracker wafer cookie crumbs
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 32 large or 3 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. chilled whipping cream
- 1/4 c. creme de menthe
- 3 Tbsp. white creme de cacao
- few drops green food color
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Mix crumbs and butter in a 9-inch pie pan. Bake 10 minutes.

3Cool.

4Melt marshmallows with milk over low heat, stirring constantly.

5Chill until thickened.

6In a chilled bowl, beat cream until stiff.

7Stir marshmallows in mixture to blend; gradually stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao.

8Fold in whipped cream.

9Fold in food color.

10Pour into baked crust. Chill at least 4 hours.
