  • 24 chocolate cream filled cookies, finely crushed (Oreos)
  • 1/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. creme de menthe
  • 1 jar Kraft Marshmallow Creme
  • 2 c. heavy cream, whipped (2 1/2 pt.)

    Combine cookie crumbs and margarine.

    Press into an 8 x 12-inch pan or 9-inch spring-form pan, reserving 1/2 cup of mixture for topping.

    Gradually add creme de menthe to Marshmallow Creme, mixing until well blended.

    Fold in whipped cream.

    Pour into pan.

    Sprinkle with remaining crumbs; freeze.
