  • 1 1/4 c. fine chocolate wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 20 marshmallows
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped
  • 3 Tbsp. green creme de menthe
  • 3 Tbsp. white creme de cacao

Directions

    Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter.

    Press onto sides and bottom of a nine-inch pie plate.

    Chill.

    Heat milk in top of a double boiler over boiling water.

    Add marshmallows; stir until melted.

    Cool thoroughly.

    Combine whipped cream, creme de menthe and creme de cacao.

    Fold in cooled marshmallow mixture. Add filling into chilled crumb crust and chill until firm.
