- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. shortening
- 32 large marshmallows
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. creme de menthe
- 3 Tbsp. white creme ce cacao
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
- few drops green food color (optional)
Directions

1Heat chocolate chips and shortening over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted, 3 to 4 minutes.

2Line 12 medium (2 1/2 x 1 1/4-inch) muffin cups with paper baking cups. Swirl 1 tablespoon chocolate mixture in each cup with back of spoon to coat bottom and side.

3Refrigerate until firm.

4Fill in with remaining chocolate.

5Refrigerate until firm.

6Carefully remove paper baking cups from chocolate shells.

7Return shells to muffin cups.
