Grated Cheddar Potatoes

  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 carton sour cream (8 oz.)
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • paprika

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°.

    Boil potatoes in jackets.

    Cool, peel and grate.

    Mix next five ingredients and add to grated potatoes. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
