- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1/2 cup raw, unhulled sesame seeds
- 1 cup other chopped nuts
- 1 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 cup protein powder (I use whey)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 Tbls vanilla
- 2 Tbls molasses
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup craisins
