  • 1 lb. thick bacon chunks
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 tsp. chili pepper flakes
  • 1 c. chopped parsley
  • 1 c. Romano cheese, grated (fresh)
  • 1 lb. linguine, cooked

Directions

    Cook bacon in oil and butter (I omit both) along with pepper flakes.

    When done to liking, drain pasta; toss bacon mixture, parsley and Romano with pasta.

    Season to taste.
