- 1 lb. thick bacon chunks
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 tsp. chili pepper flakes
- 1 c. chopped parsley
- 1 c. Romano cheese, grated (fresh)
- 1 lb. linguine, cooked
Directions

1Cook bacon in oil and butter (I omit both) along with pepper flakes.

2When done to liking, drain pasta; toss bacon mixture, parsley and Romano with pasta.

3Season to taste.
