- 3 Tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 4 salmon steaks (8 oz. each)
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in small bowl.

2Brush 1/2 the mix over fish.

3Marinate fish up to 6 hours in refrigerator.

4Place fish on grill.

5Grill 5 minutes.

6Turn and brush with the rest of marinade.
