- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
- 1-1/2 cups long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
- 2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.

2Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.

3or until crisp-tender.

4Add rice; cook and stir 1 min.

5Stir in broth and water.

6Bring to boil; cover.

7Simmer on low heat 15 min.

8or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.

9Add cheese, oregano and pepper; mix lightly.
