  • 1 yellow squash
  • 12 red pepper
  • 12 yellow pepper
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon dill
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 12 medium white onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
  • feta cheese

Directions

    Put Oil into Pan to warm.

    Place all Vegetables into pan to cook, allowing the onion to become translucent.

    After that add dill, basil, and sunflower seeds for 2 minutes, stir, and serve hot and steaming.
