  • 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 4 mini pita breads, split
  • 1/2 cup chopped English cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup chopped seeded plum tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper

    Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.

    Reserve 2 Tbsp.

    Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.

    Grill 6 to 7 min.

    on each side or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with remaining dressing for the last 5 min.

    and toasting pitas on the barbecue for the last minute.

    Toss cucumbers, tomatoes and cheese with reserved dressing.

    Place burgers on 4 pita halves; top with cucumber mixture.
