- 4 boned and skinned chicken breast pieces
- 1 to 2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- juice of 2 lemons
- salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Cut chicken into strips.

2Marinate 5 to 10 minutes in mixture of oregano, pepper, lemon juice and salt.

3Heat olive oil in skillet and saute minced garlic briefly.

4Add chicken strips (and marinade if you want) and cook until just brown.

5Serve over cooked rice with some steamed broccoli.
