- 8 eggs
- 1 qt. milk
- 3/4 c. ferina
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 2 c. sugar
Directions

1Heat 1/2 the milk; add sugar, butter and all ferina.

2Cook about 15 minutes.

3Do not boil.

4Keep mixing, but do not let it bubble.

5When it gets thick, turn off heat and add the rest of the milk, then add the eggs.

6Beat the eggs with the mixer until well mixed.

7Bake at 350° until light brown on top.
