  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • chopped parsley
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. macaroni (ziti)
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 3 to 4 c. grated cheese

    Fry until juices are absorbed.

    Add chopped onion, parsley and 4 tablespoons of butter; brown well.
