- 2 oz. pita bread
- 1 onion
- 1 (10 oz.) box spinach, cooked and drained
- 3/4 oz. Feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 3/4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute onion in pan prepared with nonstick spray until soft.

3Add spinach, salt and pepper and cook 5 minutes more.

4Add Feta cheese and cook 1 more minute until well mixed.

5Place all of spinach mixture on top of pita.

6Top with 1/4 to 1/2 cup tomato sauce and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
