  • 1/2 cup long grain rice
  • 265 milliliters water
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powdered
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint fresh, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch garlic powder

Directions

    Place all the ingredients in a saucepan, over medium-high heat. Once it boils, turn the heat down to the minimum and cover the saucepan with a lid. Cook for 15 minutes or until the water has evaporated completely.

    Serve as a side dish for meat or chicken.
