- 1 lb. uncooked spaghetti, linguine or fettuccine
- 2 Tbsp. (or less) olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- 12 Greek or Italian style black olives
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/3 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese (or combination)
- 4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

3Heat oil in a large skillet.
