  • 1 lb. uncooked spaghetti, linguine or fettuccine
  • 2 Tbsp. (or less) olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • 12 Greek or Italian style black olives
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/3 c. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese (or combination)
  • 4 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled

    Cook pasta according to package directions.

    Heat oil in a large skillet.
