- 12 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
- 12 cup purple onion, minced
- 1 (3 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 12 teaspoon chopped dried rosemary
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 12 cup crumbled feta cheese
