  • 12 cup cucumber, peeled and diced
  • 12 cup purple onion, minced
  • 1 (3 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 12 teaspoon chopped dried rosemary
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup crumbled feta cheese
