  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) fat-free sour cream
  • 2 cans (16 oz.) French-style green beans, drained
  • 1/2 c. Kellogg's cornflake crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted

    Melt margarine in medium-size saucepan. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion. Stir in sour cream. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Fold in green beans. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray. Combine Kellogg's cornflake crumbs with 1 tablespoon margarine and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot.
