- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1 c. low-fat yogurt
- 1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
Directions

1Cut green beans into serving size pieces and steam until tender.

2Saute onion in olive oil until translucent.

3Add lemon rind, dill and yogurt and heat thoroughly.

4Place green beans in casserole dish and cover with yogurt sauce.

5Top with bread crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 15 to 30 minutes, until sauce is bubbly.
