- 2 cans green beans, drained (not French-style)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cashew nuts, chopped
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. Sauterne wine
- 4 oz. can mushrooms
Directions

1Cook onions in butter over low heat.

2Blend in flour, wine and sour cream.

3Add drained beans, mushrooms and nuts.

4Mix well; place in 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish and top with buttered bread crumbs.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
