  • 2 cans cut green beans
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions

    Saute bacon in skillet.

    Add onion, flour, salt and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes.

    Add beans to mixture and place in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
