  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. Biscuit baking mix
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
