  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can white Shoepeg corn
  • 1 can French type green beans
  • 2 oz. jar pimiento
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. oil

    Drain water off vegetables.

    Then add pimiento, celery, onion and green pepper.

    In a saucepan bring sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar and oil to a boil.

    Pour over vegetables.
