- 1 can English peas
- 1 can white Shoepeg corn
- 1 can French type green beans
- 2 oz. jar pimiento
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
Directions

1Drain water off vegetables.

2Then add pimiento, celery, onion and green pepper.

3In a saucepan bring sugar, pepper, salt, vinegar and oil to a boil.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Refrigerate overnight.
