Green Bean Saute

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
- 1/3 c. finely chopped white onions
- 1 packet low sodium beef broth
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 1/2 c. green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 c. sliced raw mushrooms
- 1/2 c. white wine
Directions

1Reconstitute beef broth with 1/2 cup water.

2Saute the first 3 ingredients over medium-high heat in a Teflon frypan for a few minutes, stirring frequently.

3Add the 1/2 cup of reconstituted low sodium beef broth and let simmer for a minute or so more, then add the green beans, sliced mushrooms and wine.

4Cover and let simmer over medium heat for a few minutes.

5Remove cover and simmer until the beans reach the desired tenderness.
