  • 1 1/2 c. cold water
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (on a toothpick)
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar

    Cut beans into 1/2-inch pieces and cook with olive oil, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper until all water has been absorbed.
