Green Chicken Curry

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 500 g chicken, cut into strips
  • 1 12 tablespoons green curry paste
  • 1 (400 ml) can coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 200 g snow peas

Directions

    Heat up sesame oil and fry chicken until golden.

    Add curry paste and fry another 2 minutes.

    When really smelly, stir in coconut milk, fish sauce and sugar.

    When well combined sprinkle snow peas on top and put the lid on.

    Let simmer for another 10 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
